New groups

This page is for any new groups which don't yet have their own web space to put stuff, details of meetings etc.

On Thursday the 16th of February the Drama Group at Matilda is having its first meeting. All are welcome regardless of experience or talent! The idea is to get together as a group and develop ways in which we can place focus on issues using the medium of theatre. The meeting will be very open with creative discussions and a few games. Street theatre on any issue seems to be a popular direction and also a play about the Sheffield Suffragettes is being written. So come down with ideas and a small pocket of energy and the fun will begin! We shall start at 6pm at Matilda social centre and finish in time to join the social and eat some food! Matilda centre is on Matilda street very close to Gatecrasher nightclub.
